Prescriptions and Medications

Prescriptions are filled only for those pets seen by our doctors on a regular basis. Refills must be authorized by a staff veterinarian. Any pet on a chronic medication must be seen at least annually before a refill can be issued.

Heartworm preventative (Interceptor) cannot be issued without a required heartworm test. Even if your pet is taking this preventative year round, an annually test is still required for the safety of your pet.

Hills prescription diet

Hill's special therapeutic dietary formulated food is available for pets with kidney failure, heart disease, diabetes, weight control, cancers or food allergies. A prescription from a veterinarian is required to purchase these foods. (See our store section)

Flea and tick preventative (Frontline) and dietary supplements (see our store section)
